Dodd Modular secures major new project at Top Hat’s vast new facility in Corby.

Dodd is pleased to announce that it has secured an early engagement design contract to provide box build conveyors, finishing line conveyors and crane systems for TopHat’s 658,000 sq.ft facility currently being built at the Magna Park site in Corby. The new facility will create 1,000 new, skilled green jobs for the local community and will be able to manufacture and distribute up to 4,000 beautiful, highly energy efficient (to build and to run) new generation 3D Modular homes per year.

This follows Dodd’s major involvement with Top Hat’s first factory and recognises Dodd’s proven, market leading engineering solutions to the modular housing industry.

Dodd Modular is the UK market leader in the design and supply of modular production and handling systems for off site factories with leading systems for wall, floor and module manufacturing lines.
